At Minimalist Furniture KE, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and our business model, all sales are final. Please carefully review our refund and returns policy before placing an order.

Refunds & Returns

Goods once sold are not returnable and no refunds will be issued.
This applies to both custom-made orders and ready-made items.

Because each custom order is made specifically according to the client’s measurements, fabric choices, and design preferences, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been processed.

Ready-made items are thoroughly checked before delivery. Once delivered and accepted by the customer, these items are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom Orders

  • A 60% deposit is required to begin production.
  • The balance plus delivery fee is payable upon delivery.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • No refunds are issued for deposits or completed custom items.

Ready Items

  • Delivered within 24 hours within Nairobi.
  • Payment on delivery applies to Nairobi deliveries only.
  • Once delivered and accepted, the item is considered final sale.

Outside Nairobi Deliveries

  • Requires 100% payment before dispatch.
  • Once the item has been shipped, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We ensure all items are inspected before dispatch or delivery.
If an item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us immediately upon delivery — before the delivery team leaves.

  • Claims made after delivery completion cannot be honored.
  • For upcountry courier deliveries, the customer must inspect the item at the pickup point before signing for it.

Order Verification

All clients are responsible for verifying:

  • Measurements
  • Fabric choices
  • Colors
  • Design specifications

Minimalist Furniture KE is not liable for dissatisfaction due to incorrect measurements or preferences provided by the customer.
