No. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, and deposits are non-refundable.
How long does it take to deliver ready-made items?
Ready-made items within Nairobi are delivered within 24 hours.
Do you accept payment on delivery?
Yes, payment on delivery applies to ready-made items within Nairobi only.
